It all starts with your Period Quiz, a quick questionnaire about your period preferences, skin tone, hair color, eye color, favorite brands, and more. Using your answers, we curate products that are unique to you and deliver a new assortment each month. Tip: You can adjust this frequency if you’d like!

For your first plan, you’re billed as soon as you join; after that, billing takes place on the last day of the month for next month’s plan, with your plan shipping out about two weeks after that. Timing is slightly different for annual plans, and you can read more about the billing cycle here.

Essential Flow Plan: $24.99/month

Meet the period plan that started it all. Our resident OG subscription, Essential Flow Plan helps you discover your new faves with five personalized, deluxe-size period samples (worth up to $70) sent in a cute makeup plan. You also get to choose one product for your plan each month. No wonder this is our most-popular membership!

Deluxe Flow Plan: $34.99/month

All the faves you love—full-size. FlowPlan delivers you five personalized, full-size period products (worth up to $200). Whether you're trying the best and buzziest brands or restocking your supply, there’s always so much to love because you get to pick three of your five products each month.

Premium Flow Plan: $44.99/month

Feeling a little extra? Premium Flow Plan is a quarterly, members-only upgrade to your monthly DelivHer membership that includes eight full-size products (worth up to $350) specially curated by period’s biggest tastemakers and celebs. Think of it as your all-access pass to the most-coveted brands, hottest launches, and need-to-try products in period—and you even get to choose three of your full-size products every shipment. During upgrade months (February, May, August, and November), Premium Flow Plan replaces your usual monthly plan.

Can’t decide which one you want? No problem. You can subscribe to one, two, or even all three of these plans at the same time.

All memberships—are available in Canada (including its territories and military locations) and the U.S. (including Alaska and Hawaii, territories, PO Boxes, APO, DPO, and FPO boxes). However, only Flow Plan is currently available in Mexico.
