You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return or refund.

For unopened and unused products, contact us at info@delivher.com with your order number or proof of purchase. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for next steps.

Please contact us before sending any items back. Items sent without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Opened or Used Products

Because ANU Disc is a personal care product, opened or used products do not need to be returned.

If you tried ANU Disc and it did not provide leak-free protection, your purchase may be eligible for a refund under our 100% Leak-Free Guarantee.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us right away at info@delivher.com and we will make it right.

Exceptions

Gift cards are non-refundable.

Refunds
